On 10th July, our English Drama Team proudly staged the very first musical in our school’s history—a truly unforgettable milestone! The atmosphere was electric as students from Primary 2 to 5 sang and danced with passion, bringing to life the timeless classic The Sound of Music. One of the most beloved musicals of all time, it tells the story of Maria, a free‑spirited nun who becomes governess to the seven children of the strict Captain von Trapp. Through music, joy, and love, she wins over the family and eventually marries the Captain. Our students performed with remarkable confidence and talent, captivating the audience with their voices, movements, and sheer enthusiasm. Their dedication and teamwork shone brightly on stage, making the production a resounding success. Special thanks go to our wonderful PTA parent helpers, whose efforts with makeup and hair added the perfect finishing touch to the performance. It was a day filled with excitement, pride, and celebration. Well done, everyone—what an incredible achievement for our school community!
